I must say, this hotel is a hidden gem! the attention to detail is simply outstanding. From the elegant decor in the rooms to the beautiful bone china mugs in the kitchen, everything has been carefully thought out. The location is also a major plus - nestled in a peaceful area, it's hard to believe you're still so close to the city. The staff here are exceptional, providing top-notch service that is personalized and attentive. And let's not forget the value for money - the prices are very reasonable for what you get. a fantastic experience!
Honestly, I couldn't find a single thing to fault at this hotel. Everything was just perfect!

Friendly staff and great location We really enjoyed our city break and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were pleased to receive complimentary refreshments upon arrival and loved the convenient location close to restaurants and activities.
Lack of amenities and expensive wine Unfortunately, there were a few amenities missing that we would have expected for the price we paid. There were no utensils provided in the room, which was inconvenient, and the lack of a toilet brush was surprising.

Had an amazing weekend getaway! Loved the friendly staff and the spotlessly clean units. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the breakfast by the pool was delicious. Plus, the swimming pool was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring.
Disliked that the person in charge wasn't very accommodating with our check-out time. It would have been nice to have been given a bit more time to pack up and leave without feeling rushed.
